Terms and Conditions

All items listed as showing not in stock are available from the manufacturer with lead times varying from one supplier to another. Owing to the sheer number of product options it is not possible to stock every item listed. However they are available at the great Cregtech prices as published. If these lead times (typically a 7 working days or less) become extended I will contact you and offer options including refunds.

If you are not satisfied with the service I will endeavour to resolve any matters with you. I pride my self on my customer service and strive to be the best at what I do.

All products come with the manufacturers warranty and the limitations placed upon the products by them.

For Cregtech products all come with a 12 month peace of mind guarantee should there be a fault arising from my work. This does not extend to customer misuse, accident damage or use on race circuits.

Customers have 28 days to return unwanted items on the grounds they have not been fitted and are in original packaging and condition. This condition is such that the items may be restocked and resold. Items returned and damaged, including packaging, during transit are the responsibility of the customer. Damaged packaging and goods that cannot be resold or sold at full value will attract a fair adjustment to be deducted from any refund. 

This is in addition to your statutory rights under the consumer of goods act. Items returned must be packaged appropriately. Cregtech will not accept liability for items and packaging damaged during transit. Claims for losses due to this will have to be made by you with the courier direct.
